Take Climate Action by Supporting Green Projects

ASEFEdu is committed to making its conferences more sustainable, for example by going paperless as much as possible, limiting the amount of materials distributed or encouraging alternative transportation modes. We invite you to join our endeavours and support sustainable actions. Based on the information you have shared with the ARC7 Secretariat during registration, we have calculated your personal carbon footprint linked to your travel to ARC7 in Bucharest. ASEF will cover the carbon offsetting of your participation, and you can decide which offsetting project you wish to donate your share to.

The UN Carbon Offsetting platform features UNFCCC certified projects that reduce, avoid or remove greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. The projects are implemented in developing countries and are rewarded with Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), a type of carbon offset measured in tonnes of CO2 equivalent. The full contributions go directly to the projects.
