Dr. Wesley Teter is Senior Consultant for UNESCO’s Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education in Bangkok, Thailand. He is a reviewer for the Fulbright-Nehru Master’s Fellowship and Schwarzman Scholars, a highly selective, one-year master’s program at Tsinghua University in China. He is one of three co-editors of the Handbook of Education Policy by Edward Elgar Publishing (forthcoming in 2022) and co-editor of UNESCO’s guidelines on developing and implementing qualifications frameworks in the Asia-Pacific. As an applied researcher, he investigates collaboration in higher education and health workforce governance with projects funded by the Asian Development Bank, UNESCO, the U.S. Department of State, and World Bank.
